Hi Jordan!! You help me with me getting to remember some of our trips , we have been to 147 countries!! The 1 and only time we went to the Canary Islands, I had a terribly sore throat, and I went to a pharmacy, and brought a got 10 pills that the Pharmacist gave me. Surprisingly, they worked very fast. Overseas the prescriptions are super stronger than can be sold over the counter in the USA. I called them miracle pills! Also...I just love chocolate and Churros! Delish! Thank you for my memories! I am always on time to anything even when I have to jump out of bed and get ready for work in like 5 minutes at least I don’t need makeup as I just sit and keep an eye on the residents that are in the elderly home while they sleep as it’s a night shift

Unsolicited advice. I only noticed because I suffer from dry chapped hands and I just wanted to recommend something that might help you if you’re interested. I use gold bond healing hydrating cream on my hands and it helps so quickly. I don’t know if yours hurt like mine but this really helps clear them up. Love from Detroit ❤

I just got off a cruise as a passenger and I even had a hard time finding healthy foods. To me basic things like raw carrots, pepper etc were not available unless you wanted them cut into TINY pieces. (Or Unless you wanted to pay extra for them) No whole wheat, or hearty bread or buns, only white bagels and english muffins…. Most things were loaded with butter (especially the eggs). You would think as more people are looking for better choices on ships they would adjust.

Today is 11/18 and I just got back from cruising with my husband. We did b2b2b and then a 4 day. I can't wait for my world to stop rocking. In the meantime I will continue to take motion sickness meds and walk like a drunk. Don't know how the crew does it. The last two days were horrible but the last was the worse by far.

Transatlantic cruises tend to be longer 12-14 days they’re easy to see on the Royal Caribbean website. Usually the longer the cruise the better the deal/price per day! We are avid cruisers 😊3-5 a year. Royal is our favorite. 😊 loyal to Royal for sure.

Being vegetarian on cruise ships as a guest is difficult also. I’ve been vegetarian for over 30 years so I’m definitely not going to expand my diet now 😂 I always struggle to find food I can eat and I’ve been on several cruise lines. I’m not surprised it’s more difficult as crew. Unfortunate they don’t provide more options 👎🏼

I would expect that staff have a good selection of food to eat. Nowadays you hear so much about being vegetarian is better but cruiseships haven't gotten that memo yet? I bet guests do have a veggie or vegan option. They should provide the same for crew, you are what is keeping this cruiseship working.

I suspect some of it is the amount of protein that she needs as a professional athlete. That's likely quite different than what the average vegetarian needs.

Please take care of your body and eat protein. My daughter can't eat much protein due to pancreas issues. Since she is on IV nutrition her health has improved so much as she is now getting protein in her TPN. She can only tolerate 2-3 egss.a day and she does take protein powder when she can. Your body needs protein especially since you are young and active. If you want to be Vegan again your choice, but you need to get protein...please. Take care
