अपने फर्स्ट सेमेस्टर के दौरान मुझे पेपरों के 4 दिन पहले तक टॉर्ट सब्जेक्ट के बारे में कुछ भी नहीं समझ में आ रहा था। मैंने जिंदगी में हमेशा टॉप किया लेकिन तब पहली बार ऐसा डर लग रहा था कि रिजल्ट के समय इस बार ऐसा कुछ जरूर हो जाएगा जो आज तक नहीं हुआ।😍 इसका एक कारण यह भी था कि बीमारी के चलते मैं शुरुआती कुछ दिनों की क्लास नहीं ले पाया था, जिसकी वजह से बेस ही खराब हो गया था। लेकिन मैंने आपका करीब 2 घंटे का लेक्चर ध्यान से देखा और उसके बाद मेरे सबसे ज्यादा नंबर ही टोर्ट में आए। 😊 आज प्रॉपर्टी लॉ का लेक्चर देख रहा था कि आपका चैनल स्क्रीन में आ गया । तो अचानक से पुरानी याद ताजा हो गई। आपको बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद सर ! मैं आपको हमेशा याद रखूंगा ! मैं यूट्यूब में कभी जल्दी से कमेंट नहीं मारता लेकिन आपका चैनल ऐसा है जिसमें आपने कमेंट मारने के लिए मजबूर कर दिया है, और वह भी एक बार नहीं बल्कि दो-दो बार 😊 और वह भी वीडियो देखने से पहले ही 😜 😊 और वह भी इतना लंबा 👍😜👍😜

In Mortgage by deposit of title deed, there is no personal liability i.e we cannot claim surplus or deficit. In banking system, they will obtain additional document for personal liability.

For any type of 'mortgage by conditional sale', is it necessary for approaching to court by mortgagee for getting finally Sale Deed registered as absolute transfer..i.e. right of redemption to be closed....

Sir, TPA came before Sales of Goods act.If TPA covers all (sale,pledge,gift etc) then what was the need to enact SOG act.?
