section 8(2) of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956 states that minors' immovable property cannot be mortgaged, charged, or transferred by sale, gift, exchange, or in any other mode without the previous permission of the Court.

Sir you have already uploaded the lectures of this act a long before , then why are you uploading it again.. is there any amendments in this ?

When I started uploading videos the target group was law college students and also students of CA, CS. At that time I uploaded videos on important topics only.. Later advocates preparing for the judicial exams had also started watching the videos. Then I started covering the Act in full starting from section 1 of the Act. In transfer of Property Act, there were some omissions which I have covered now.
