Awesome tutorial! I'm interested in the course at the beginning but I don't see the link. I'm on mobile, but might also be overlooking it. Could you share it again for me?

Thanks! Looks like an old tut by Doxia S and he doesn't make Houdini tuts anymore (at least in 2023 - early 24)

Really cool this! Curious how one would go about having parts of the image stay in place? Would som form of drag force from attrib do it or how would you approach this?

I imagine some groups with bounding regions and a pop wrangle to kill the velocity inside the groups, but I might be wrong

Great tutorial!!! just curious, can I do this simulation with a video file in replacement of the image file?
@aryamik9722 Жыл бұрын
yes you can! as long as the video is in png frames houdini detects them as a video

Hello, I m a beginner in Houdini. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. How can I render this simulation ? I use the technique that Rohan Dalvi showed in "Particle rendering in Houdini - Redshift and Octane" vimeo's tutoriel. But I have the feeling I'm doing something wrong. Do you have any advices ? (I'm using the RedShift3D btw). Best regards

For Redshift you need to import the Point Attribute "Cd" to the material network.
