Robin is amazing and I'm a big fan of Oxygen Advantage and all that you've done Patrick. I was really hoping for more of an explanation of the effects of different yoga breathing techniques and how they affect the body in biochemical and biomechanical ways.

Love Robin and Patrick! I have taken Robins amazing training. I would highly recommend it for anyone wanting to learn more about how to teach functional Pranayama in their yoga class or practice in their life.

Patrick, can I ask you something (not yoga-related): When doing the most basic Buteyko exercises I have the challenge of staying focussed/not getting bored/staying awake. I thought that various apps would come in handy, since they keep the mind focussed with their visuals and sounds. However the apps always put your breathing rhythm in a box (like 5 sec in, 5 sec out), which can feel rather unnatural. - Maybe I feel like 4 sec in and 5 out, next time 3 and 3 and so on, which makes the apps useless. So how can I solve the problem of staying somewhat focussed during the exercise, withou using these restricting apps? Thank you for any advice!

Hey I've watched few of your videos about meditation to stop the air hunger. I have a question can you pleaaase ansswer? If I constantly expose myself to air hunger to the point where its mentally damaging, will my breathing pattern will be normal again and I'll be okay psichologically??

I forgot to ask about the name of the sleep expert as I couldn't hear it properly.

Patrick McKeown claims that Buteyko is "a Russian physician". NO, HE IS NOT! Buteyko is Ukrainian physician.

What a pity that, instead of responding to Patrick's concrete questions, she elaborated further on how much she coughed.

Yes she also didn’t answer the question of how she is teaching breathing to her students and a bunch of other questions. Such a shame.
