1-Master your mornings A) journaling and note your goals B) exercising C) work 2-Focus in what you can control and forget the rest… 3-Dont worry about imaginary problems (some sort of anxiety?) 4-Treat success or failure the same way. You reman technically the same… 5-Do one thing every day. One goal ever day. Living with no goals is living in misery and don’t expand your goals too much. 6-Don’t look for easy ways or short cuts… difficult path make u a better person. Tolerance for effort and sacrifice. 7-Ask your self if necessary? Is it wasting your time? Is it useful? Is it a distraction? 8-Love your destiny 9-Talk to death: to live a good life, read, read and read! Old and timeless preferably. 10-Be kind to others and strick to yourself. People will see what u do , show your actions, set a good example! 11-Remember that you are dying every day… yesterday is gone. It’s closer than you think.
