Please advice if the radio system you installed was original Mercedes or something else and whether the car had a screen before or the original Mercedes radio, does the new one compliant with the steering controls. Please advice on a noisy catalytic converter and high fuel consumption on my C200 kompressor 2004 model. It looks like it had been opened and welded. Has noise when started cold but silences after about a minute or two. Also noisy when hard acceleration like overtaking.

Replace the pipes. .most look old as you repair, you'll gain more power, in return old pipes will burst from pressure...ATF, Water, and oil pipes...
