I was like "What the crap" when I first saw this in theaters. I was like: "Oh come on!!! They killed Ironhide; and now Bumblebee?!?" The autobots escaping was action packed and all, but Soundwave's death makes me kinda angry (after all, he's my favorite decepticon character). However, in theaters; I didn't even recognize that the Mercedes SLS AMG was Soundwave until after when I read Transformers wiki about Soundwave and found out he actually was him.

This scene is one of the redeeming qualities of the movies, along with Peter Cullen's voice acting, Anthony Hopkins and John Turturro (and I will admit that even though his character is a spit in the face to fans of Spike Witwicky, Shia LaBeouf is hilarious when he overacts). There are a lot of things I wish the movies did better. Jetfire, Soundwave's voice and personality (since when does Soundwave have emotions?), everything about Shockwave, not to mention that clusterfuck called The Last Knight. But while the movies themselves may be poor adaptations of the cartoon and comics, it's the music that I keep coming back for. Steve Jablonsky's music, as well as the songs by Linkin Park and Imagine Dragons, was wonderful and told an amazing story that the writers of the movies couldn't even hope to come up with. But they did try, and this scene is proof of that.

Ratchet survived 3 movies and got rubbed out in movie 4 . Bumblebee is still kicking. Optimus prime is still kicking as well. Jazz died in movie 1. Arcee and chromia died in movie 2. Kind of irritated me since arcee was a major character in everything transformers ever. Wheeljack died unfortunately. Sideswpipe and Dino who the hell knows wat happened to them. Neither are dead. Leadfoot was killed in movie 4. Topsin and roadbuster are still alive as far as I know as well.

@@BuuWho Yeah, I’m not gonna lie. I really wish I could get myself into Dark of the Moon like most people do. Don’t get me wrong, there are still plenty of things I enjoy, but strangely enough, this film somewhat left me feeling empty inside like something felt off about it. I feel like I wasn’t a big fan of Carly, based on character, performance, and on-screen chemistry with Sam Witwicky, I didn’t really like Patrick Dempsey as the human villain, and I’m not gonna lie, I didn’t feel any chemistry between any of the human characters. Also, I feel like they wasted a lot of potential on Megatron for the movie. And I’m not going to lie, I wasn’t quite as entertained by this film as I was the other films. Once again, I think there are plenty of other good things I enjoy about this film, but no matter how many times I watch it, I always end up feeling empty and I forget everything that happens in the film. I’m not sure if it’s an exposure, or lack thereof, thing or if I’m missing something. It’s not a film I would reject watching if someone put it on, but it’s not a film I’d watch every other day if I could. It’s more or less a once in a while watch for me to see where I stand on my opinion on Dark of the Moon. I hope my explanation somewhat makes my opinion understandable. But yeah, that’s my opinion. Also, I think this film is probably better than anything Marvel has been putting out as of late. I’ll give it that.

they did an amazing job ad actualy making me scared that bumblebee was going to be killed, i mean i (and alot of people i could see in the cinema) were litterly either crying or has very watery eyes :P
