That is one slick little Soundwave. I like it. The spudger looks incredibly useful, apparently they are used a lot in laptop and cellphone repairs, and they have tons of affordable kits on Amazon. Methinks I may need to snag one now. Love the Bob Ross line. Solid review, good sir.

Thanks for taking a look at this - having bought Mech Planet's Soundtrack, I wouldn't otherwise know what this release is about. Although DX9's is clearly better articulated with much better tapes, the Mech Planet release, I think, has the better sculpt and is less than half the price. As I'm not a legends collector, Mech Planet were cheap enough and good looking enough to be something I had to have. A bit of modding later and mine now has bicep swivels and I hope to implement a waist rotation before long. Not sure if it'll be possible to do anything about the ankles, though...

Ah, a good 'ol spudger! Used one many, many times... on computer boards. O.o Ascended tool adaptation. For those interested, just Google nylon spudger. You can buy them on ebay in bulk for cheap. I foresee Skullface branded spudgers... *looking off into the distance*

Great review Skull Brother!!! As I've already bought and love both the Soundwave and Soundblaster from the other third party company the name escapes me and I'm to lazy to look it up right now lol. I'll stick with those and they were only $15 each. This figure looks good but no better then those.

As for Soundwave, he looks like a solid unit, bro. As for his minions, they feel a little too small to deal with, Transformation wise. Don't get me wrong, anyone can do it, but just too small, for my liking.

You can buy spudgers from china for cheap on ebay. I use them all the time for transforming. saw Henry (P4L) using one a while ago.

I got this legend TF Soudnwave and I've been on the lookout for some Frenzy and Rumble figures for this scale. Does some one know if any company released a Frenzy and Rumble that can transform into cassettes and fit inside DX9 Sonic Wizard? That info would be much appreciated, I've found some fan made 3D printed model kit versions of this characters for this scale that look very good, X33 is the name but they need to be sanded and painted. I'm lazy, I don't feel like sanding and painting such small figures and I would like to explore other options before going down that road.

Nice Review, but all I want to know is when one of these 3rd Party companies going to do a voyager size Soundwave like how Unique Toys and Mega Steel did Blaster cause BTS Sonicron really isn't a good figure or I might just buy another Mega Steel and customized it into a soundwave
