Finally got to see this movie on opening day, September 20, 2024 and man. I just want them to keep doing movies like this forever. The last 30 ish minutes had me fully engaged and on the edge of my seat, and I gotta give shoutouts to Megatron's character in this film, it's so well done.

The little detail I liked was the Megatronus logo slowly becoming the decepticon logo It goes from the sticker then to the welded logo from sentenal which looked to me like the janky decepticon logo from g1 cartoon, the sticker in prime’s flashback looks like the modern logo then in the post credits scene it looks like the bayverse logo.

I noticed that all of the production was done with Skywalker Sound, ILM, and WB. So, a great CGI movie can still be done within the U.S. and doesn't have to be outsourced. This probably helped in preventing leaks about this movie.

This was hands down the best TF movie since 86 in my opinion I'm definitely planning to go see it in the theater again even my younger brother who is a more casual fan thought this movie was awesome I really hope this does well so we get sequels.

Just saw it yesterday. The hype was real. One thing I am tired of is people trying to fit it into a continuity. Bayverse, bumblebee, whatever. That conversation needs to stop cause I feel it just plagues whatever is being released by not letting it be its own thing. I’m also on the boat that the marketing was not great. I saw it everywhere but it never addressed the “so what” factor. There definitely needs to be a sequel. I hope to god there is a sequel because between TFone And Godzilla…minus one are movies that made me give a damn about going to the movie theaters.

Interesting how the Matrix crumbles to dust when in the presence of someone unworthy, ROTF reference? Also, for stuff I’d like to see in a sequel: 1. The opening sequence being Bee & Jackie scavenging for Energon before being spotted and pursued by Seekers. 2. Megatron not going too off the deep just yet. Have him wage war against Optimus and the Autobots, but try to minimize casualties (those of both Decepticons and unaligned bots) and collateral damage. Until something pushes Megatron into finally utilizing the scorched earth and more ruthless tactics he’s known for, i.e. inflicting mass casualties and razing whole cities to the ground, simply out of pure spite and pettiness over Optimus Prime and the Autobots continued refusal to surrender to the him and the Decepticons.

1. Unless the matrix is lost, there won't be any mining for energon. It's established in this story that the matrix keeps energon flowing. 2. I'd rather see them interact with the quintessans. They were underutilized in this movie. They were strong enough that with just a small army of them were enough for sentinel to ambush the 12.

I can't see this Megatron trying to minimize casualties when he inmediately started to attack anyone and anything in sight after killing Sentinel + wanting to kill whatever followers remained.

Why would they be scavenging for energon while it flowed freely all over the planet in abundance after the matrix of leadership retured? And I rather see both factions team up to take down the Quintessons because we know they'll be back

I'm a long time Transformers fan and collector and I went to see the movie with zero expectations and actually deceived by the trailers that gave me the notion it was gonna be a Cars like movie but instead came out very impressed and surprised by how good this movie is. Yeah, I agree that the both the currently released Transformers One toys and the trailer are deceptive. It's wrong to call B-127 and Bumblebee as the same action figure. It's wrong to call Orion Pax and Optimus Prime as the same action figure, when the cog version is still Orion Pax. The dual names for the toys was probably done on purpose, so that parents could still identify the toys.

The breaking of D-16and Orian Pax story even when we KNOW where D-16 became Megatron and the RISE of Optimus Prime by the 13th Primes led by Alpha Trion, who was great, was the best part for me of this movie. Also Sential Prime was perfect for this movie and as lore now for this Transformers universe moving forward now. Next mocvie will be the end of the WAR AGAINST OPTIMUS PRIME AND THE AUTOBOTS AND MEGATRON AND THE DECEPTICONS!!!!!! REALLY LOVED THIS MOVIE AND WILK WATCH IT AGAIN!!!!!!

just saw it tonight. besides who proto mentioned i could see brawn sideswipe prowl bluestreak and windcharger in some shots. chromia winning the race was a surprise to me. afterburner powerglide and lightspeed being in the race was cool. motormaster may have been in the race but that could have been motormouth and i thought it was motormaster. Definitely can't wait for this to get a bluray release.

Just got back from the theater and its fantastic. Now im trying to figure out the lore of this continuity and though thisovie is supposed to be its own continuity, i did notice that atleast some designs are very reminiscent of the Bumblebee designs. The ones I had time to particularly notice were soundwave's vehicle mode, though thats a toy only thing, and ironhide and arcee's new robot modes after receiving their cogs. Also Zeta Prime and Prima are both considered part of the original 13 im this film which makes me think that liege maximo is not a member and could explain why megatronus never fell.

If you've watched this video, then I'm going to make an assumption that you've watched Transformers One. Using the correct character names is very important in Transformers One. The toys that use dual names are deceiving you. B-127 is B-127. Orion Pax does become Optimus One, but that's a big scene in the movie. (There are big differences between Orion Pax and Optimus Prime.) D-16 does become Megatron, but that's another big scene. You'll notice that when a Transformers gets their transformation cog, they become bigger/taller. This is made blatant obvious in one of the movie's scenes. (Added) I have so many questions that I hope a sequel movie answers... 1) When does B-127 take on the name Bumblebee? 2) The only Transformers with beast modes that we've seen are Alpha Trion and Airachnid. We'll have to see if the Beasties exist at the same time as the G1 Transformers, or if the Beasties are still the descendants. 3) I also remember that Blurr was in the race. 4) I think that, aside from Arcee and Elita-1, we do see the other female Autobots. So including Arcee, I think, was done on purpose. We'll have to wait and see if Kup, Springer, Hot Rod, and Ultra Magnus appear in a sequel. 5) Soundwave doesn't seem to have his cassettes yet.

A Bumblebee is an earth insect, so I would assume he doesn't get that name until they get to Earth. I think they'll just be calling him Bee on Cybertron, I'd say it's a fair compromise.

Intresting. Deffinetly can't say it's a 100% Prequel to the original 84 series with the way Orion Pax Becoming Optimus Prime. Especially since if I remember corectly it's Alpha Trion is the one to give orion pax and elita their upgraded bodies in the original show. So there are a few things that throws off the original stories timeline, but otherwise this is a fantastic reprecentation of the history of transformers. In fact the way it blends tidbits of other transformers series universes in such a way that you could say that this is a point where all the different series's universes timelines diverge during or after this movie. Pretty brilliant if they ever make a shattered timelines story for a future movie/show/game in the future to link them together. A game could more easily pull that off with a game. Basicly the choices in the game would determine which universe you end up with. And could be represented as you go with changes to the characters looks based on your choices. But that's just my thoughts on it.

I could see this being looped into the canon of the Knightverse. B-127 is an obvious connection both in name and appearance. Shockwave and a lot of the Decepticons have design cues that match the opening Cybertron scene in Bumblebee. There’s a miner at one point that looks like he’s supposed to be ROTB Mirage with the colors and the head. Soundwave, Ironhide and Ratchet all turn into their BB Studio Series vehicle modes. It’s not a perfect match but I could see it working
