@@MrNaxman I haven’t seen it yet so I can’t but apart from the credits song there are not any non-score music in the movie, it’s all score. As for scenes the Iacon 500 is a stand out due to its cameos in the crowds, Orion becoming Optimus is supposedly a fantastic moment similar to What Up Danger scene in Spiderverse. The fight scenes are apparently fantastic which I can see from the clips we have so far. There’s going to be a lot of great moments in it.

I really loved the movie when I saw it back in July. Big credits to the writers, Andrew Barrer, Gabriel Ferrari and Eric Pearson. Director Josh Cooley deserves big credit too for making another fantastic animated movie based on IP, first Toy Story and now Transformers.

The 3 writers of the movie have separately been credited on writing Ant-Man and the Wasp, Thor: Ragnarok, Godzilla vs. Kong and Black Widow. The director has only previously directed Toy Story 4

When I first saw the Toy Story 4 director attached, I was very turned off on seeing this movie. I hated TS4 and didn’t wasn’t to see him touch transformers. After seeing all of the positive reviews and an awesome second trailer, I quickly realized this wasn’t gonna be like TS4. So excited to see it! Only 8 days till my showing!

Thanks for the reaction. I too had issues with the 1st trailer with them trying to inject the stupid MCU/GOTG style of humor and making transforming a complete joke with the characters. Glad the movie is making it more like a Pixar film. Since the director did Toy Story 4.

I feel like you only hated the first trailer because of them starting our as friends, but that was something that I have seen hinted at or teased in other media. So when the second trailer came out and showed that it was a bit of an origin story or their relationship from friends to enemies, I was completely on board. It reminded me of the cybertron video games from the early 2010s. Now, hearing how you were completely flipped on this movie, I'm definitely looking forward to this movie.
