I remember watching this when I was 13, and my aunt (rest her soul) was watching it with me. She was so shocked for the next 10 mins after megatron stabs optimus that I was smiling for the entire run. I miss her sometimes.

@@dsharp4763 I believe there is a balance, as although yes bayverse prime is not worthy of the title prime past the first two movies, given they are fighting a several million year long war, it should be expected that there should be very little quarter given in actual combat.

@@dsharp4763 my friend, optimus has been fighting for millions of years, watched his comrades die by the dozens and his home planet torn asunder. And now, he has to fight on another planet. Even the most noblest of leaders would be tired of showing mercy and start going for the kills. Even the old G1 transformers movie, optimus went for killshots too and was even about to kill megatron.
