The listing is for a leader class SS'86 version of Megatron to be released in 2025. He will not be commander class

This definitely looks like the most G1 cartoon accurate version of Optimus, in a mainline toy. But that scene at the end of the video, about Megatron. If he was a true G1 studio series representation, he would not transform into the tank, it would be the gun.

If 86 Megatron isn’t a gun, I’ll probably just get a high quality KO of a close size Megatron that does turn into a gun, add a Decepticon decal to his chest, and call it a day.

Everyone keeps saying they are gonna do a clear window Optimus prime for the earthrise mold. They never did. I hoped and hope they do. Those painted windows are just not for everyone.

Would argue to disagree. Comes painted, has far much more articulation than previous releases. I bought the MP10 American version donkeys years ago when a deluxe was £10. And that MP10 was £100. So based on all the inflation, the price is right. You get a bunch of accessories for this too, especially the truck blast effects which in my opinion is highly underrated.
