I wish I was more impressed by this. I love the on-screen design... if only they had enough budget to make a whole new mold. Even the yellow looks a bit too macaroni and cheese colored. I would be happier if the final yellow is closer to what it is on SS100.

Omg! This bumblebee figure is absolutely awesome and better than the previous SS-18 beetle bumblebee!! Unfortunately, this figure has no waist articulation, has big wings, and has no Battle Mask for robot mode... Otherwise, it's such a great figure to buy!

I don't really like the Camaro for Bee, but ss100 still looks better than this imo. I hoped they'd have based the engineering on that but it seems like it's still based on ss18 (I don't have it but the giant backpack looks similar) :(

Just realising, the shoulders are the same as ss 100 bumblebee and so are some of the arm and foot details along with the accessories, only having better paint

This is a buy for me. Was never impressed with the original SS release and opted for the MP release instead. Outstanding figure, but not a fan of transforming him as he's very complex. This is a perfect way to enjoy both modes with minimal frustration. Not really bothered by the clear plastic, but that's a lot of backpack. Head, and weapons look great though almost lifted from the ROTB Camaro deluxe.

How do you get these so early…?!!! This looks great, my only disappointment seems to be the doors/wings in robot mode. One of the biggest inaccuracies for SS18 being based on concept art was him having massive door wings in robot mode as this was obviously something that was changed for the final movie design. The same happened with the MPM figure. So it seems a bit strange they would go to all the trouble of releasing an updated figure six years on but not update the main things that needed updating!

Nice first look, almost makes me want to grab him. Just a quick correction, the head is on a ball joint not a mushroom peg. An example of a mushroom peg would be the thigh swivel of most wfc/legacy figures like hound, sunstreaker, wheeljack (I'm cheating and using the bots in front of me right now😅). The eyes on that headsculpt look really nice in that blue IMO.

Like ROTB Bee, mine is infuriating to transform. The original version of 2018 Bee is incapaple of standing and the hood,roof, windows, and doors did not fit together. I kind of want this version but I don't think it's worth paying for a tweaked same toy again and at a higher price no less
