I disagree with Alonso on that last part. So this is coming from a guy who admits that these movies are sort of a guilty pleasure for me. As such, this is in no way better than 2 and 3. The first movie is the only one I can say is somewhat good, while the second one is definitely the worst of the first 4. 3 and 4 were in no manner good movies but they were acceptable for me, as guilty pleasure go. But guys, this is not only just the worst in the Transformers series in my opinion, this is one of the worst movies I have ever seen in my life. And I repeat, this is coming from a guy who kind of finds enjoyment in these projects.

good point, but then there are times in bad films where you can't express what you just saw. And you have to just go on for a while over "WHAT WAS THAT?" But you are right, if you do LOVE something you should be able to express on why it's so good longer.

Toxic Ivy If Hollywood is going to invest most of its money in blockbusters. Which means mid level budget movies are now more rare. Critics should take the time to explain why these blockbusters don't work and simple ways the filmmakers could avoid needless mistakes.

Being a Transformers fan since the original TV cartoon series this movie was incredibly hard to sit through. It is by far the worst of the 5 movies. There was one uneccessary poor joke attempt every 5 seconds for the entire 2+ hours of the movie that just wouldn't let up. Ever single actor had to try and say something funny. I've never cringed so much throughout an entire movie. I went in with low expectations after seeing bad reviews but thought I could at least enjoy it as a decent action popcorn flick but how wrong I was. My score on a scale of 1-10 it is an easy -10 (yes negative 10)!

The fact that this is among the highest grossing movie franchises ever, kind of shows the sorry state this world is in. People don't want to think, when they watch movies. They don't want learn anything. They don't want to have memorable experiences. They want cheap brainless spectacles. Explosions and mindless action. Movies like Fast and the Furious at least are fun to watch. I honestly don't know why they even try to create a plot for the Transformers movies. Just have two hours of explosions and people will be just as satisfied. Why even bother with dialogue?
