Well. If nothing else, they did give us to collect the WFC Netflix trilogy figures + select legacy, so we'd just recreate the WFC in a more G1 style if we ever wanted to, with a decade or so between the game and toyline, mind you. Bonus points if you make a living off TF Stop Motion videos.

the actual successor to these games is transformers prime which is set after fall of Cybertron, meaning if you want more of this go watch that it's an AMAZING show. thankfully rise of the dark spark was not canon to the cybertron universe, but unfortunately robots in disguise is the successor to prime.

I've noticed something weird, in the final cutscene, when Megatron is infecting cybertron's core, all of the decepticons that you control on all missions are present on that very moment except skywarp and breakdown, I mean, they are minor characters that are only there as filler characters because the campaign missions have to be played by three players so there's gotta be three characters, but damn that's some disrespect right there, I think breakdown in this game was more important than barricade because he appeared on way more missions than him but watever, and about what happened to them, I guess they just didn't wanted to go there or they couldn't at that moment, but last time skywarp was seen is when omega Supreme is chasing him and the other seekers so... Maybe he doesn't show up because he got blasted by omega on that persuit

This game's graphics are so fucking strange. Like, it's a game from 2010, the mesh quality is like a 2005 game, the shading is all glossy, shading of certain objects is noticeably different than the stuff around and the textures are either extremely low res or super high res, often right next to each other. It's another thing to bitch about graphics that don't look good, but it's a whole different thing to lack any sort of consistency with the way the game looks.

yet the shadows somehow look actually quite damn good, and the reflections while cubemapped are also really well implemented. the games graphics are not very consistent especially with textures and meshes, but it's incredibly smooth and looks and feels so well made for the time.
