I may not really a big fan of Transformers but even I can feel the love of the animator to the Transformer franchise and somehow I can feel the nostalgia even though I never watched most of these series.

I’ve wanted a new 2-D anime Transformers show for many years, and if Trigger ever gets the go ahead to do a show they have my full support. And as one who grew up not just with Beast Wars/Machines but the anime shows from the 2000s (Robots In Disguise, Armada, Energon and Cybertron), seeing characters from those entries again made me so happy. Also the other character death shown off was Starscream from the Armada anime, where he died as a hero taking a shot at Unicron, and seeing that being showed was a punch to the childhood😭

Yup. Its crazy that we haven't gotten that since the Cybertron Trilogy. I remember Trigger doing the SSSS.Gridman anime after the massive recepticon of animated Gridman special. Hopefully this special will do the same and lead to them producing a full-on anime in the future. So we gotta make our voices heard.

@@WeAINTseenITREACTIONS I believe they did a call back to Leo convoy in transformers cybertron. The Optimus prime of that series combines with a Lion autobot giving him a golden arm with massive claws and a lion head for a shoulder

So a bit of correction, the guy at the start was Vector Prime. Omega Prime is the combination of Optimus Prime and Ultra Magnus from RID 2001. Also the combination of Optimus Primal and Optimus Prime is Optimal Optimus, and the combo of Predacon Megatron and Decepticon Megatron is just dragon Predacon Megatron from the last episodes of Beast Wars, not Gigatron/Megatron from RID 2001. And a thing that isn’t as easily noticed the first time around is that when all of the versions of Optimus and Megatron are shown facing each other, it’s not just them but all of the primary protagonists and antagonists of each series. For the Optimus side you have guys such as Lio Prime/Covoy, Big Convoy, Bumblebee from RID 2015, Star Saber, and on the Megatron side you have guys such as Magmatron, Megatronus Prime from RID 2015, Deathsaurus, Beast Wars 2 Galvatron, and Overlord.

@@francisjosephmanuel4923 These Animation did reached in Japanese media...and in fact Japanese did the Transformers anime On Headmasters onwards...as the western aired till special 3 episode of season 4....Japanese didn't continue from that storyline but they introduced new storylines with the worst English dubbed

Its kinda understandable why they didn't add in Transformers One. It hasn't come out yet. This special was to celebrate Transformers shows and movies that have come out in 40 years. At first I was disappointed that they didn't include the War for Cybertron games. But I had to take into account that TF Prime is in the same continuity at the Cybertron games. The same can be said for Rescue Bots. They're also in the Aligned Continuity.
