Transforming 26 Year Old BMW E36 Paint - Satisfying Paint Correction

In this video we take the beat up paint on our 26 year old BMW E36 and transform it into something acceptable. Follow along as we work through all the paint correction steps in order to complete this satisfying transformation. The paint on the E36 was covered in every possible defect you can think of. Our goal was to create a finish that was in the realm of 80% better. I think we did just that.
Performing these types of details is one of my absolute favourite jobs, it really creates a blank canvas for us to start building this old BMW. Lots of new BMW E36 content coming soon!

I learned a lot about the compounding and polishing process when I tried it out on my car. Now I understand what needs to be sanded and what can be removed from polishing alone.
