Wet Sanding An Entire BMW E36 To Somewhat Perfection

Have I been cleaning this car with a floor mop and broom for the past 6 months? Yes. Was I doing so because I knew this video was coming at some point? Also yes. Today, we wet sand and polish the BMW E36! I think this really did the Boston Green Metallic paint justice and the car looks really nice in my opinion. I also install the remaining trims and lights to give the car a somewhat finished look. You may think we are approaching the end with this car, buuuuuut. You would be very, very wrong. Boston green is a make or break color for the E36. If its not maintained well it makes the car look very bad. You really pulled out the max out of this color. I would have loved to see a walkaround in direct sunlight. Must be stunning in person.

I run a shop, detail all day, then come watch you bang out a killer video and chase some boo-boos. Not very many ASMR videos out there like yours. Exquisite detailing entertainment. Advice for you -- look into the Flex PXE-80 cordless. 1", 2", 3" options with enough power to do what's needed in those tight areas. Rotary + DA. Better than the iBrid in many ways. The 2" backing plate and extension arm have to be purchased separately, third party, but I don't know what I'd do without it. Anyways, keep it up, my friend!

@@swoqz2526 for best results id advise a de-tar 1st then clay bar. He used 3000 grit wet sand paper. But I'd only do this if you really know what you're doing you could mess up your paint if you're not careful.

@@tomatoknuckles i was thinking of only doing a cutting compound and then a polish and finishing with a ceramic coat my paint doesn't have any deep scratches just really oxidized and little scratches from washing. Do you recommend?

my 318ti is also boston green, but i live in the desert and the paint has just gone to shit. seeing how good it looks when fresh makes me more motivated to get the body taken care of
