You know, you used to see a LOT of Explorers around but with the style change to this current design, they did increase the price..like the Taurus..a higher price to that of more high end suv's and they just have not sold as well..same for the Taurus..you mainly see the two on government or law enforcement fleets but they just don't sell like the previous models did...Hope you enjoyed Hawaii

Just a note: I'm 72 yrs old and I just detailed my car, of course it took me 2 days, but it's done. I bought most of your products you recommed vua Amazon. They worked great. BUT my car looks fab and I must say, it was worth every penny spent. I am now saving for my own bissell, as that is the most expensive item. Hint, buy washing, drying items, then wax & accessories as needed or as budget lets you. Hope that helps...😎😀 Good luck, it's a great experience when your car looks showroom clean. 👍😁

In the first shot the light made car looking so much like black and in the next shot it is a beautiful deep red. Such a cool color but I was a little bit confused. Oh btw: I would be interested in drying the inside panels of the doors cause they will be dirty too but everytime I see you detailing the interior they are clean.

I drive a 2017 with the sport appearance package.... the 2016-2019 was the best looking hands down, especially with the signature LED lighting.... but i dont know... the 2020s are starting to grow on me.... especially the ST....My three gripes with the 2020s are: 1: the grill.... it doesnt mesh well with the headlight shape like the 2016-19 did.... 2: the larger touch screen, granted its easily fixed by opting for the smaller screen, but this goes with #3.. 3: the orientation of the AC grills immediately adjacent to the touchscreen.... who ever thought it would look good to have a VERTICAL mounted screen in between TWO HORIZONTALLY placed AC grills... needs to go bury themselves in a hole. Other than that, Im starting to like the look of the 2020 Exploders

Hey! Have you ever used a product call Inox? (might be just Australian?). I use it to help protect my truck from salt and outback dust when off roading and it make the underneath of the car spotless and brand new (its a oily based substance but helps remove dirt). cheers, love the videos

Totally agree about the color - absolutely gorgeous! Relieved to see the mask & gloves - you definitely don't need long-term exposure to the toxic chemicals that are mixed in with tobacco products. BTW, does a complete detail remove the smoke smell? Otherwise I'm not sure I would ever want to purchase a used vehicle from someone who smoked in their car.

If the vehicle was purchased from a smoker, a good once over with APC and the steamer would be necessary IMO. Smoking leaves so much gross residue on everything, a wet towel isn't enough.

Now this makes me jealous because on the bed of the truck, theres a grate that covers the rear windshield... I mean there's maybe enough of a gap between the grate and window but how the heck could I even clean it?

I’d recommend using Meguiar’s G7516 Endurance Tire Gel. It gives the tires a super nice shine, doesn’t leave a greasy residue behind, and lasts for weeks.

Since cleaning products weren't used on the interior, and instead a damp cloth... How do you ensure that everything is sanitized? Just wondering since water alone doesn't kill any germs or bacteria...and if the car was smoked in, there would be nicotine on these surfaces that would contribute to the smell. Wouldn't some kind of cleaning product be needed for this?!

Where are you located? I am super picky about my vehicles, and want someone with your level of detail to work on my and my wifes vehicles. I have shopped around, and it seems most detail shops hire uneducated, cheap labor, who do not have the customers best interest in mind, and who do not have their heart in their work. It seems they are not motivated either because they get paid pennys for their hard work. I want someone I can trust who will do a great job, like you. I am willing to pay good money for a good job. In my opinion you should have a detail sheet, like a menu, for rush customer. For example - in 5 hours I can do this and that, 6 7 hours I can do that and this, and so on. Beside you can switch services make customer happier.

When you said the thing smelled from a smoker it came to me to suggest you try a ozone generator. But first they are dangers for the user if you don't follow direction and take precautions. You can't jump in the vehicle right after using it. You would have to run it a couple times depending how bad it smells. You should open the doors after running it and run a fan in one side and out the other to blow out the ozone. But in this case you might not have had the time. Yes I've liked that model of Explorer very much.

Wouldn’t the fact that the vehicle belonged to a smoker be reason to use APC on all the interior panels, to help get rid of the odor?
