Love how you went the poured in place walls versus block, much stronger. Like how clean you have kept the job site, form work can be really messy. Walls look clean, straight and plumb. Great job! The homeowner should be very happy with your work.

Also would it have been possible to monopour the walls with the footngs or would have bracing been too tough?

Nice but we're going to run out of sand for concrete in time. Use gabions...until we run out of stones.
@teresamexico309
@teresamexico309 Ай бұрын
Stone walls or gabions would have looked nicer than concrete yet buying the stones would make them expensive. I have a couple of gabions in my garden and I used river-stones for the exterior only because they are expensive and inside I used even some old concrete scraps that were around and whatever stone was sitting close by.

@@vivalaleta Not everyone but sometimes if a person wants a certain type of stone and it is not on his property, then yes. In my case, I do have lots of stones but the river stones were nicer so I wanted my gabions with that look.
