this is beyond refreshing. the world of bodybuilding can easily be seen and interpreted as a world of tough guys who are just super masculine and macho, but to have someone like you Chris, and you flex, who take it down at a human common ground, makes this sport more inclusive and open I think. I love it more than words can explain. thanks, really

Chris is the literal definition of Champion. As someone whom struggles immensely from mental health issues, it's very inspirational to see someone like Chris carry himself the way he does.

Someone else thats kept it real his entire career is Flex Lewis himself. I competed against him in 2004, met him the first time then and hes still the same genuine dude all these years later with all of his success. Seems like Chris is the same... great show gents!

No lie, Chris’ content was the biggest motivator to finally quit my pity party and get my ass to the gym. Went from 145 lbs to 165 lbs in a year and I’m not done yet 💪🏻

The Mental Health segment at 51:59 is pure gold! We talk about the gym, the diets, and even about mind-muscle connection - but mental health is never discussed openly. This part was the highlight of the podcast. #salute

This podcast was perfect and I will say supplements matter a little guys m. Don't take it too serious. Steroid is what helps these guys delevelop the most not the supplement. Now meals important as well. It's roids, meals, and sleep. Training obvious important. 37:44 you guys are not athlet, the fact he compared to real athlete is crazy to me. 54:43 therapist helps a lot and I will say its the roids that causing majority of the mental issue. 55:09 kinda not true, it can go away overtimr. 56:54 opposite , you can't trust as much
