I would like to know more about permits. Some homeowners have work done without permits -add recess lighting or add a deck. They don’t call code enforcement, so when it’s time to flip the home how do you determine what needs permits? Do you have to go back to get permits for the work that previous contractors did on a home? In this house the bathroom was recently renovated, how do you determine if it’s up to code?

I find fridge preference a personal choice. Some people like french door and some like water and ice dispenser. If you put in one that's top of the line with all the features, it could be quite an investment.

The previous contractor should be arrested, and prosecuted. There is substantial evidence of malfeasance. To leave a home in that condition is a crime and a devastating blow to the prior home owner. I feel sorry for her having to live in her home after the contractor cheated her.

I just hope most people watching this video understand that this isn’t how actual house flipping goes. I’ve flipped appx 30 homes and do Home Remodeling and this is not reality. You will never ever see a $400,000 spread from purchase price to ARV. Also very many other things that scream fake in this video
