Tabulae Rasae don’t you think it’s a bit of an insult to your daughter that you think she’d instantly start imitating the behaviour of “illiterate skanks” if she were to even listen to their music/watch them perform? Dunno how old your kid is but I highly, highly doubt women like Cardi and Nicki will rot her brain like you seem to think they will. I really hope that you would accept your daughter even if she did adopt the attitudes & aesthetics like that of Cardi or Nicki.

No clue how she was defensive. She was totally level-headed, charming, very relaxed and intelligent. Sometimes Mark asks or says some very dumb things, like telling her she passes very well. What an oblivious thing to say. She is okay to be very slightly taken aback by those kinds of questions, she didn't snap, at the end she's just smiling laughing to herself thinking how dumb this guy is, doesn't mean to be disrespectful, just very oblivious.
@3volved

@@HuckleberryHim You're terrible at reading people. The constant jittering, the looking around, the tenseness, the quick and short answers. None of that spells "very relaxed". They look on the edge constantly about to snap. You seem to be the oblivious one here, get out of your own head and observe.

@@3volved did we watch the same video? she gave extremely well articulated answers to every question. she asserted her boundaries and her identity. she was not "constantly jittering" just a little restless, but that's a non-issue imo. she probly knew this was gonna be online, broadcast to a large audience, and behaved accordingly. she knew a bunch of dumb-dumb's like you were about to watch her and judge her incorrectly.

@Love Bug I liked her too, but she did strike me as incredibly defensive. Its obvious she doesn't want to appear to have any vulnerabilities. She has been hurt bad and she wears it with her confrontational additude. She said she is always ready to fight. She said she doesn't care what anybody says or thinks about her. That is so sad to me. It's OK to be sensitive,caring , and even vulnerable. All humans are at some level. The tough exterior obviously is coving up a strong and incredibly loving human being that will find her way in this world.

@@danilublink7130 There was nothin hell no nothing wrong with Mark's questions. Whatever he would said. nothing would be good. For instance if I am a transgender and you want to know more about me BUT I was yelling a harresment in every minute, how the hell would anybody know anything about me. It is like a game /in Europe in kindergardens. the name of the game is ,,black-white-yes-no,,. So you have to ask each others BUT THERE ARE 4 WORDS CAN NOT BE USE, BLACK, WHITE, YES, NO. The person who asks have to ask a question what can be only answer white for example. like what color the snow was falling all nite. and if u use white you failed. As a transwoman I think she handled herself very well. It's easy for cis people to see her as defensive when in reality, she's just not taking shit from anyone. She still loves and respects people but she is not letting anyone make her feel inferior, and i was proud of her. Because some of his questions came off as mildly abrasive and classist imo. Whats it to you that they feel differently on the inside than what they are on the outside? Sure, you and I dont have this issue, but you're just gonna fuck with them because they're reality is far different? I ask you this being serious. That's the assumption most ppl make - the majority of us, are 'not' judging - some interviewed, hang onto pride too much, imo and if we can break down that barrier, through education for all of us, their lives could and can be, a lot easier - for them and for those that can guide them in a way that they can go through life with minimum harassment and let's just put it out there, some find themselves in dangerous situations. All this needs to be addressed and actioned upon for the good of society, as a whole.

Unhappy low self-esteem beings try to hate throw shade just hurtful words. In reality the bullies are hurting because happy people don't go around hurting others it's a fact. She got strength and wisdom and I hope she can help others that get bullied by their husband co-workers etc. Her voice is to be used in this world for positive teachings. Well answered questions but when she said don’t catagorize me to Mark ... when a woman dresses like that she looks like a prostitute unless you’re at a rave or festival so if you’re doing an interview don’t get so bent out of shape and just answer what you do to make money. Also society doesn’t make it hard to get a job but you limit your job opportunities when you walk around like that and have an attitude. Mark was super kind and she wasn’t even reciprocal to him.

Even though it is common for closeted men to exaggerate homophobic ideas, it is often used as some sort of reverse psychology against men speaking in general on such topics and you know its truly absurd when an openly gay or trans individual is often accused of homophobia when they offer a difference in opinion to a popular LGBT narrative.

It's heartbreaking but understandable. I'm relieved that she is able to be strong. I imagine it's difficult to be open as a trans woman without feeling vulnerable, and while there are trans women that are able to be open and understanding I don't think we should have that expectation of them until we make this place better for them to live in.

@@DClean I’m hesitant to draw conclusions about his character, but I absolutely agree that there are plenty of off-putting elements to his approach. How is that insensitive? Isn't that what transgenders aim to do or are doing? I'm not understanding this logic. My brother is mtf and don't care if he's called a man, has no issue telling ppl he's a man or with the fact that I won't call him her. This is how I grew up....seeing men (him and his circle of friends) living as women unapologetically but knew they were men and not trying to convince anybody they should see them as anything other than what they were, trans. I don't see the issue ether.

So mad respect to her for being so strong, together, mindful, kind and in touch with herself. Not everyone could carry themselves the same through an environment like that. You are radiant Rose and your energy is compelling and your strength and boundaries are clear, I believe you can do anything and you are so much more then what is around you in that community. I also do not mean that to speak ill, I just know it’s not an easy lifestyle there, it’s hella lost souls, but you are so present and I hope we hear more from you. Sending good vibes 💜💜💜✨

Ew this video bothered me. I usually LOVE his nonjudgmental neutral tone that he has with everyone he interviews but he was different with her. He usually asks questions, lets them say what they have to say and keep it moving but in this he definitely had extra words and other comments such as saying “dressed like that” he has interviewed SO MANY prostitutes and has NEVER made a comment like that like come on. He also stated that she can “fool” people. His side comments were very passive aggressive. He needs to self assess why he was treating her different because on the outside looking in he definitely was with her and I don’t think she was disrespectful at all or defensive at all. She corrected him. Y’all also like to turn a black women educating someone into “defensive” or “aggressive”. That’s what oppression is in America. She’s beautiful and obviously has needed to learn the art of correcting people in order to stabilize her pride in who she is. Kudos to this queen. 💖
