@@liewchengyeh very true....just build yourself up slowly....and rest properly after...if you can add an extra 20/30 miles on eveyr weekend ride your stamina will develop...you might go into the focus fluid state....little habits change....and dont beast yourself on hill rides to soon.....maybe just try the mileage on flatter first....with time a more robust internal strength will come....our minds and bodies can take so so much more than we think...

Congratulations for achieving championship on pair category with your partner in 2022 edition of Transiberica. I saw a ciyclist, riding opposite direction 26.12 in this video. He wore jersey of Trabzonspor, 7 times (At seasons of 1975-76, 1976-77, 1978-79, 1979-80, 1980-81, 1983-84 and 2021-22) champion of Turkish Super League.

@@Buzzalong.cycling I'm a fan of Fenerbahçe, second most successful team in football and sports club with the most branches in Türkiye (formerly Turkey). I'm also an amateur cyclist from Türkiye. I have ridden bicycle since my childhood with breaks. The most notable ride was in 29 October 2011 from Gebze to Iznik for me. I went through rural roads passing Samanli Mountains. I spent the night in Iznik with 4 friends. I returned home via Orhangazi-Yalova route. I haven't ridden since 2015 due to several factors: Fear of my family after breaking left hand wrist twice in 2013, rush to finish my PhD at business administration in Gebze Technical University, departure of my younger brother for working abroad, my dad's worsening health (unfortunately he passed away in 26 January 2022) and completing official procedures after death of him. I satisfy my bike longing by following beautiful bike channels like yours and watching bike races on TV.
