Transmission Code P0962 on a Honda harsh shift / harsh engagement and drive light flashing

Moms 2007 crv just happened on christmas day….no wires cut fluid ok but hope its the sensor…our local shop is checking it out. Didn’t have time to order it to do the work

I would think that if the wires are good then it is probably the solenoid. We had to order ours online because no one local had it or could get it as fast as I could get it online. plus, they wanted like three times what I found it for online.
