@MrBeeHS thanks I will buy that one. I was also thinking to reuse the key that I had for Sienna I sold. Open up the plastic black cover and transfer to the key already cut but not sure if that will work.

​@@MrBeeHSthanks it did work, but I did not buy from Amazon. I had an old key from my previous Sienna and took the chip or tresponder and transfer it to the new spare key that has no dot. I opened it and inserted the chip after programming and it worked. Thank you so much.

How do I program a new chipped transponder key without having the original (original transponder key is missing.)

You do need the original key before you can program an extra transponder. If you lost the original transponder key, you can go to the ACE Hardware store and they can make you a new one or clone one as an original one for you.

transponder keys have a ridge around the edge of the key when it's cut. The key you had cut was a regular key, not a transponder key.

@duanechimoni6609 The key that I had wasn't a regular key, my friend. Regular key won't be able to start my car unless you program it like I did in the video.
