You need to stop just deleting lines that aren't making a profit, and actually figure out WHY they aren't profitable. For example, your "Food > Gallop line", it had a rate of 25, so it can ship 25 food per year*, but your "Farm > Food L2" only has a rate of 19, and since the food processing plant needs 2 grain to make 1 food, your plant is only making 9 food per year*, so your food trucks are driving empty back and forth. If you had increased the number of trucks on the Farm > food line so the rate would be 50, then both lines would have been profitable. Also, empty trucks are bad for profits, so you need to look for opportunities for trucks to be loaded both ways. For example you can get rid of your "Steel > Machines" line, and have your "Coal > Steel" trucks take the steel on their way back, because they drive past the machines factory anyway, that way they make a profit in both directions and are only empty for a small part of their line.

Same whit your "Machines > Dunwich" line, you are trying to ship at a rate of 35 per year*, but the machines factory is only getting planks at a rate of 13 and steel at 18, so it can only produce machines at a rate of 13 per year, so your trucks are driving mostly empty and that's why they are not making money.
