For the roads you could try "Better roads" or the "Road Toolbox" mods the latter helps with the tighter Y I've not used them in anger but might be worth a punt

Thanks for the good video. As a suggestion, what about the Cargo Heritage Line? I actually like those blue cargo trams. So I would appreciate it if you could prepare these resting places for us. Also, please take care of your throat. Wheel Window

You know there is country roads one way in your list you don`t have to use the city ones....... They are number 5 on the list from the left I think. and you can use roundabouts when swapping from 2 - 1 but make the ring bigger ( ore just make 1 way streets longer highways :-) )

In my region here in Germany we've got 3 types of trams: normal, stops at every little shed, even if it's in the middle of nowhere; express, leaves out said sheds in the middle of nowhere; sprinter, stops only at main stations, big cities or when you build a wall infront of it 😅 Also, if you manage to find it, it would be really nice to see a "ET 2010" from Bombardier, build from 2011-2013, 2017-2018 and 2020-2021, 100km/h or 62mp/h, capacity of 93 seated and 151 standing.

haha "put a wall infront of it" :)! So they operate almost like the mainline train idea of a local route and express services then! That's interesting :) Ooo 100 capacity? That sounds like a lot, I haven't seen any trams in game with that amount of capacity just yet :) That's basically a train isn't it?! :)

@@GroundedGamer855 They are basically the "little brothers" of trains, 3 segmented trams, sometimes in a double configuration for rush hour which means at full load "one" of them can move around 480 people while still being shorter than a regular train and they can travel not only between cities but also inside them. Only downside, they are slower than regular trains.

Sounds really impressive to be honest. Maybe a little bit like London's underground network? Just above ground I take it?

@@GroundedGamer855 while it does sound impressive, it's only potential numbers, not what it's actually regularly doing. I commute with that type of tram everyday, for about 2/3rd of its track length, and at most, even during rush hour, all the seating is full plus maybe 20 people having to stand. But then again, I'm from a rural area, we don't get as much foot traffic as the big cities with 100k+ population.

I've looked on the workshop and TFMR2.0 (Transport Fever Modular Road) looks like it has a Y connection. Haven't used the mod myself.

18:26 The roundabout diameter is too small, longer teams can block multiple junctions. When you're making roundabout bypass, it also has to be one-way

Is it worth upping the maintenance on the heritage line so the trams look a bit more looked after ?

That's a really good idea mate, I'm not sure if it will fix the damage that's already caused (rust) :) But surely it's got to help!
