You're very welcome. This has been, bar none, the best surgical procedure I have ever had. I have zero pain in my thumb joint now, have a full range of motion (better than before actually), and unless I glance at the barely visible scar, I forget anything was ever wrong with it. I'd do it again in a heartbeat! The pain had been so bad for several years prior to the surgery, that I couldn't open a bottle of water if it had a screw on lid. Now there is literally zero pain.

Sorry I missed your question! My wife had a stroke not long after this video and our life has been a roller coaster ride since then. It's doing great, no pain at all
