Like the break up in the show between the field and the skinning shack. I think it shows the dynamic and versatility of trapping.

Love the show Rich! Its very well edited and even sets off a good example about trappers to the people new to the subject. Thanks, and good luck on the line!

Thank you. We try hard to spread the truth about trapping. It is our belief that when people understand the necessity for trapping and the fact that the trappers are conservationists they are far more likely to approve and support trapping. That is why it is so important for everybody to subscribe to our Channel and to share the videos. We have to get the word out. Trappers are everyday hardworking conscientious people we are not crazy we deserve the truth to be out there and to be understood.

You are very welcome! Please be sure to subscribe to our Channel if you haven't and to share our videos. That's the work we do is not just helping Trappers but spreading the truth about trapping. I feel like a broken record but it can't be stated enough that we have to get this message spread around

Great video, its kinda neat to see how y'all do it up in the frozen north. Down here most years, except last year, ice puts a damper on our trapping since it gets thick enough to freeze out our sets, but not thick enough to support walking on it.
@TrappingIncTV6 жыл бұрын
That is where we are at right now. I've had to winch out of 6 Beaver Dam's today. Not enough ice to carry the machine yet. I'll be happy when we're froze solid

I love your Channel, I started trapping when I was 20 years old and I quit when I was 34. No choice my own in Michigan the DNR does not like people that trap if you'd like to use in story and pictures of the DNR in Michigan derelict of Duty they didn't do what they swore to uphold. The excuse I got was officer discretion and that's a bunch of b*******.

Enjoyed watching there. I was wondering why you rub the beaver in the snow after you catch them? Or pull them out of the water.
@AdamCraigOutdoors6 жыл бұрын
the snow drys them off. Kind of crazy but ya it does work!!

We got a bad deal going on right now. We went from warm and no Frost or ice to about a foot of fluffy snow in the last 2 days. I'm out on the line giving on her for Marten & Fisher and very grateful for my Argo. I have posted up a little video of what it's like right now for all you folks down the South. So you want to be a Trapper? "Go to Canada and trap, it'll be fun they said!"

I'm not sure if you've had a video about this yet, but I'd love to see how to skin a beaver. Especially the tail. If you've done this on a video already, could you let me know which episode it was.
@ChrisGilliamOffGrid6 жыл бұрын
Beaver skinning ain't hard, but watch out for the little divet in the forehead. I think MeatTrapper did a video of cooking a Beaver tail, I think he showed the skinning of the tail in that one.
