Thanks for this. I built up my first bike last year at the age of 47. It was strangely difficult, given how much great info and cheap tools etc are out there. I had to confront a mental block from child-hood. Bikes were something other people fixed for me. Yet vids like yours are a reminder that these jobs really are just a series of steps to methodically do. Random comment lol. Cheers.

He's probably using Shimano premium grease. Any regular bike specific lube will work.

​@@nascarisawesome5018Incorrect. You want to use something lick slickoleum as normal grease for most other bike parts isn't meant to be used with plastic and rubber(what's in the seatpost) and will harm them.
