I really love how these turned out! And great ideas for other ways to use blister packs!

You are so clever I am regretting not looking at discards more closely

Woohoo tried your idea for using blister packs. Lots of fun. I painted them white and added blue around top of ‘pie dish’. Sadly I brushed some ModgePodge over, and it made blue acrylic paint smudge. Never mind, I can try again. Such a lot of fun and so realistic.

I never thought of using plastic from our medicine, great idea. With painting on plastic, I have one paint bottle with some black paint in it mixed with wood glue. I use this for my base coat on plastic ,metal, and glass. I never have a problem.

I am not clever enough to think of ways to use trash as treasures but I am very good at copying other peoples' ideas! I love the metallic paint jobs, too.

I've been saving a few blister packs to make something miniature with and this is exactly what I needed for inspiration! Thank you for the video

Just a thought, if you are interested. I made my own muffin tin in play scale using pony beads glued to chipboard to make a mold I used heavy foil on. It worked great. I'm betting for 1:12 you could do the same with smaller beads. You could even use hotglue if you didn't want to use foil. Just a thought

Fantastic idea! I throw out blister packs every week. Will now be opening them carefully and re-purposing them. Kicking myself because I never thought of this idea!

I try not to dwell on the things I have thrown out that I now realise I could have repurposed but I do like finding new uses for waste.

You clever boots! I now see dozens of possibilities for this type of disposable "trash". Hmmmm, how much medication would I need to take to build up a complete dinner service for 12, including soup bowls and demi-tasse??????

Good ideas ,with the little pie dish you could cut it out with a bit of a brim to look more like the pie dish ,x

I use the blister packs as little food containers..... I feel the containers with fake food, and then I get a garbage plastic wrapper of some sort in a hot glue it on top let it dry and then carefully cut them and then paint the top. The top would be that plastic you glued on, and I've made red and greens and white containers. They kind of look like lunch meat containers.

Wow!! Brilliant!! What a *wonderful* idea! Your painting is spot-on!! I don't know what they could become, but I'm wondering if you could use the blister packs as moulds? Bravo!!

Hi, if you take a nail buff and remove the shine from the plastic the paint won't peel of.

Thank you. I knew I needed something fairly gentle but abrasive and those never came to mind.
