The plaintiff moved in with her daughter and her boyfriend, and it was a mess. The plaintiff had to move out, and she alleges her daughter destroyed her television, so she’s suing. The defendant says the television was damaged during transit, and that’s not her fault.

The defendant sounds Ukrainian or Russian and appears to have serious mental and emotional problems. I hope someone can get them help. He probably brought her over on a fiance visa or something. Doing so requires him to be responsible for her medical, etc. expenses. If she receives any governmental assistance this visa would hold him responsible to pay the government back. Doesn't appear that they have much money. If it becomes known how bad her emotional and mental state is, she might be deported depending on the circumstances. That'll probably why they arent saying much. Trying to skate by under the radar. But this woman definitely needs serious help.

Omg neighbors from hell! I'm currently dealing with a neighbor who has a family that makes an extreme amount of noise. I try not to complain because I found out she has a autistic 3year old...but I've asked her to keep in mind that I have young children and baby .an asked if she can be considerate. They make noise every single day it's not only her young son but her daughter who's about 8-9yrd old and the noise starts at 6am and usually ends around 3am ...it's hard to sleep my baby wakes up crying because the noise is so unbearable and unbelievable it's fighting everyday!

I lived in a basement apartment and we had a door going from the upstairs to the downstairs that had a padlock on it so it separated the places and it was right by the door to go outside...When we come inside the smell that would waft under that door was horrible...But once we got past the entrance it was fine. Anyway, it was a single mom and her kid...He would be home a lot by himself and I think he was mentally deficient...Anyway, he would make all kinds of noise, banging, yelling etc...We also heard him screaming to his mom not to burn him...And then a scream. We called CPS and they told us that unless a police officer, teacher or doctor reported they wouldn't do anything. I said I don't think he goes to school because he has mental issues and seems to be home by himself all the time and probably no doctor either...Still they wouldn't do anything. I asked for their name so in case something happened to the kid where he was severely injured or died I could say who I talked to that ignored it...They hung up. So I called the police...They also told me I needed to call CPS and when I told them that they would not do anything unless police, teacher or doctor filed a report they sent out 2 officers. They could smell the odor coming out from under the door separating the 2 places and tried to get the kid to open...He was making noises when they pulled up but once they knocked and said police he went silent...They spent about 20 minutes trying to get him to open the door and said nothing they can door unless they open the door since the noise is gone...So I reported it to the landlord who went in to do a check on the place. It was trashed...He had to evict them. They dragged it out to the last possible day. He spent all the money to go through the process and the day before the police came to remove them...They left...The place was trashed. He took out 23 bags of trash. Had to throw all the runs away...Either the kid, mom or both had been peeing on the carpets and when he pulled them up there was a huge pee stain under each about 6 feet across...When we finally moved out he was sad to see us go. He offered to reduce rent...I said we were looking to buy. He offered a good price on the house but I said...Nah...Remember...we know about how bad that upstairs was/is and unless you ripped out the wooden floors and treated under it...That pee smell will be back along with some kind of mold.

She is messed up. Legally you have to be quiet or u can be evicted for loss of quiet enjoyment for those around u. I lived under a family recently who was like this. Mom NEVER TOOK THE KIDS OUT TO THE PARK. instead she allowed.them to run from one end of the house to the other landing at the end with a big jump. Then they would constantly jump off the furniture. The water was messed up so i would call.ask permission to shower and then they would still flush the toilet and run the water. If or when they were turned loose in the back yard they smashed all my garden stuff. I moved out told the landlord all this stuff over and over and over . And sure as hell. New tenant moved in signed the year lease and sure as hell the second that lease was up they left citing no shower and tons of noise and pure ignorance in the shared laundry room (which i constantly had to clean) and backyard. I often wonder how many more tennats they will lose bc of this family. I don't understand why they were not kicked out.

@kathyracine1903 I was not afforded the luxury of that. No one was upstairs when I moved in. Also I had no choice but to take this Place being a single disabled mom no one wants to rent to you. Bc too many welfare moms have ruined it for the rest of us I had my mom cosign and even with that 98% of the places I looked at denied my application bc im on disability. But thanks for your input.....love how u act like I could have somehow prevented this. 3 days after I moved in they moved in and I had to call the landlord bc they were running Thro the house and doing what they always did and my son was extremely sick. He been vomiting all night and was trying to sleep. The landlord job to not rent to bad people. And it their job TO CHECK REFERENCES. which they clearly did not bc the mom at one point told me they were kicked out bc the unfair landlord was complaining about THE NOISE.
