Trauma explained in 5min
When you experience a trauma, the way you will remember this will be very different from the way you remember other things in your life. The reason why this happens is because trauma memories are stored differently in our brains than regular memories. In this 5min video, I explained some physiological and emotional responses that people might be experiencing when suffering from trauma/PTSD.
