Thank you Karuna... This video is very validating for me especially the part where you summarised how we start by self inquisition, then gather more and more information trying to make sense of what happened in our life and when we finally understand what has happened to us theoretically, we pull ourselves to muster up the courage to sit with our feelings and sensations and finally be able to feel safe with the traumatic feelings little by little as we resolve them. But I must say the journey is as exhausting as it is rewarding and it sometimes feels endless though I remind myself it's not.
