I found this interesting thank you however, I thought trauma informed practice for a memoir would be primarily about protecting themselves against being traumatised by writing their story.

That's a good point...this is presenting the idea of trauma-informed writing from the role of the author/writer to keep their readers' trauma in mind while writing but what a great idea to present a follow-up about how to write and protect ourselves from being traumatized by the memories. I always urge my clients to ensure they have an excellent therapist to work through anything that gets intense and indeed, when the memories start to stir up anything, stop. Don't go in alone if you're at risk. But I'm not a trauma-informed coach. In fact, that's why I want them to have at least one other partner in the process. Thanks so much for your thoughtful comment!

@Ann Kroeker if you're wanting ro write a Non Fiction Not only Something that people can read But can use and implement In the Real world and in their daily lives Also combining two or more genres that can work really well together So for someone never written anything And not a Fiction reader at all But has knowledge and experience on specific topics and subjects How do you go about doing that? How do you put thoughts And knowledge To paper.. how do you even start What is the classic Stracture Let's just start from there I thought of just putting down some Questions that people have In regards to that subject and just go from there start answering them in a way Where i can put them in chapters? And then try to put it all together after in a way that makes sense? Cause i'm very good at that I can talk about certain subjects For hours I can basically write tens of pages just on a single question alone So would that be a good way of doing that Also i want it to be interesting To Stand out and keeps Readers engaged Something Unique that defines My Work I really know my stuff is good Cause i know from experience And i use it myself and it works It's honest straight forward and i know it will help alot of people So What if i just keep writing whatever thoughts come to mind and then when i'm done Pay someone else with prior experience that can just put it all together in sections chapters and all that And be done with it So i can just concentrate on just writing? Is that even a thing or you basically have to do it all yourself? And i don't wanna have to be using a Thesaurus trying to figure out What words go with what..lol All i wanna do is just put a bunch of words and thoughts or solutions to paper And let someone else do all the rest I was even thinking of a Ghost Writer Being easier..not sure the cost but at least i won't have to try and re invent the wheel kinda thing.. Appreciate any info that's relevant👍

Thanks for your comment explaining your goals. I do think you would benefit from a ghostwriter to help you focus on a narrowed topic for a book and work with you to determine the content for each chapter. I’m afraid I don’t know any ghostwriters to recommend but asa starting place you could search Reedsy to study the bios of ghostwriters you find there. Best to you on this creative venture!
