I have watched you for a couple years and I have to say that I love your realistic positivity. Things happen and you recognize it's okay to feel them and you're honest about your anxiety and such BUT you push yourself to think and not dwell and to find the good in life. when I leave the house for awhile, I open the dishwasher, washer and drier, so that any moister does not mold or smell when I get back home, I learned the hard way, hope this helps someone.

Be careful about the AC being turned off. We are always taught in Florida not to turn the AC off because it can breed mold with the humidity but to leave it on but just turn it up to like 80 (nothing passed 80). Not sure if California has the same humidity

You actually influenced me to go get a full blood work done and low and behold I’ve been diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia and been taking iron pills for the past week and I actually feel the effects of it already! I thought as well that It will take time to kick in but I can feel the effects of it already. So Thank you Tara for opening up about your health struggles bc it sure as hell helped me to get on a better track!🤍
