I know Sarah as a friend and as a business person. I also know Costa Rica bureaucracy and the many of the challenges of owning and building here. It is a hardcore thing to do and I do not recommend people to build when there relocate here. It’s just a headache on ever imaginable way. But she build two beautiful properties, run a successful bussines and helps hundreds to move here. Strong 💪 women

@@dc1674 Yes it is. I live just down the road and not saying anything negative about the house itself, but it's overpriced and probably one reason why it hasn't sold. For example my neighbor just built his home. It is 3bed/3.5 bath. 300sqm home on 1000sqm lot walking distance to the beach with a pool (and closets lol) I think he has around 350k into it including the property. Those lots are small and all crammed next to each other. no yard. Wait until more homes are built there. You will be crammed between people you don't know and might not get along with. Where do you get the idea that it's at the lower end of price scale? Do you even live here?

@@cjgamer2140 Not only do I live here but I am a citizen and lend money on real estate for a living. You are right that you can build it for less, but that isnt the issue. Her house is advertised as about 2000 sq ft. at 369,000. That is a bit over $1500/meter plus the lot. your neighbor is 3br 3.5 ba. That would sell for $450kish if he wants a profit . Most expat homes close to beaches are 400k+ in the central pacific. In guana it's about 50% more. Sarah is obviously trying to make a profit and is priced to negotiate, but it is not overpriced. After negotiation and fees, she may net about 30% which is way better than the 100% markups 2 years ago.
