Pakistan's Paradise! Attabad Lake in Hunza Valley, Pakistan 🇵🇰

Speed boats, wooden boats, and jet skies! Attabad Lake in northern Pakistan's Hunza Valley has everything you need to cool off when the temperatures are hot. We spent the day on the lake, eating chicken wings, and cooling off with fresh mint lemonade. We had a great time riding on the lake and meeting so many business owners, local tourists, and students on University trips. With Pakistan’s mountains, rivers, lakes, and glaciers, the outdoor adventure possibilities are endless! So far on this Pakistan adventure, we have gone hiking, horseback riding, ziplining, and rode on a speedboat. Soon we will head to the Pakistan-China border to play in the snow!

We are the Bags Packed Family: Jonathan and Kelly with our three children. We sold our home in Alaska, USA, seven years ago, and headed overseas. We are teachers and found fantastic teaching positions in India. Two years later, we moved to the United Arab Emirates. Three years after that, during the beginning of the pandemic, we made the move to our current teaching jobs in Indonesia. We love traveling and finding adventures as a family. We hope that our travels will inspire and provide our children with the confidence to meet new people, try new foods, and enjoy learning a new language. 7 minutes for 35Usd is actually very expensive. Even in Malaysia it's about 27 USD for about 30-45 minutes. It's really very expensive .. well we don't know what trouble they are going thru to come up with such a figure but I know in Pakistan they are actually quite honest people. So there must be some reason behind that price. Because I truely believe many people in Pakistan especially hunza are very honest people.

We really had a great time on the boat, and the trip lasted about 25 minutes. I thought the price structure was strange with the whole 7 minute time. Really, though, we had a great time. :-)

It’s a matter of demand and supply, boats are not made in Pakistan, Pakistan has no aqua culture. It has just started so soon it will drop to the ground.

I tell u. Actually the Reason is that the hunza China border area, & skardu are the tourist spot. & the people of these area depend on this Money only all 12 months in the year. No other Source of income there . They only depend on tourism. And these areas are Open for tourist only 6 or 7 months. When it snows. So all avenues are closed. Due to heavy snowfall. That is the Reason.
