It is a really handy little gadget! I went on one trip this year but didn't have room in my suitcase for it and ended up eating cold food for 4 days. Next time I will make room!!😅

Nice video. It looks like you didn’t cover your sweet potato. It would definitely cook better if you put it in a tightly covered container! Slicing or chopping it would have helped too. Some say add water, I’ve tried it, but, I don’t like to.

Wanted one, but realized I already had a Burton "oven to go" and a flat "Schumacher" 12 volt oven that takes the same size Pyrex bowl and heats to 150°F and 210°F but at 120 watts so it heats up faster but overall uses the same power being thermostatic controlled. I also have the 12 volt lunch box, 12 volt rice cooker, 12 volt kettle, and imersion heater. But what I really use the most is my "waveBox" microwave oven. It's faster.

Yes, it's something you'd want to start in the morning to have lunch ready and then re-start at lunch for when dinner rolls around.

I haven't had a chance to use it, I've only traveled once since I've had it and I could NOT stuff it into my overfull suitcase! (And it's not very big, lol I overpack!) So I ate all cold food on my trip😅 I will make room for it next time for sure!!!
