Thats a great idea to save yes, but from what I noticed usually the owners charge per head. They try to get the maximum profit from their place.

Nice video. Is your apartment quiet? Or can you hear traffic outside, people in the hallway, your neighbors, doors slamming etc? I ask because I do business calls on zoom and need my place to be quiet.
@TravelingSoloLogs
@TravelingSoloLogs 5 күн бұрын
For the most Part it was quiet. I couldn't here the traffic because I was on a high floor and good spacing between the apartments but once in awhile you do hear people in the hallway. I hope that helps!

Don’t recognise that part of Makati, looks a bit rough 😩. I lived next door to Greenbelt 1, it is much nicer there.👍. It was Greenbelt park place at the time the best building in Makati. BGC didn’t really exist then. Even in 2007 I was paying 30k pm which is around $545.

Look, I don’t agree with you at all. 1k? Really. That’s my rent right next door. What kind of life do you live? Ever go out, ever see a film regularly? I did like your video and now that area well, but don’t give hopes to people that 1k will work. It won’t. I spend 2k just on entertainment eating ect. Doesn’t include my rent. U forgot to mention electricity and if u get sick??

Thanks for watching all the utilities are included in the Airbnb and yes I do watch movies of course! 😂 Being sick depends on the person a common cold doesn't cost that much just a little bit of medicine from the pharmacy

Your doing well young man considering the expensive rent where you are ! --- Many expats with more experience over there are able to get a bit more for the $ and maybe you will too after some time. 2 things over 'there' determine your cost of living -- location - and - lifestyle. If you travel some - you will find that out. > Happy trails !
