Thank you for this video. It's pretty hard to find southern filipino music on youtube in such good quality. This is the real authentic philippines, as ceegee tv said. 🇵🇭 Filipino pride

yes you are right and I think the main reason maybe the poverty. most of them are poor people unfortunately.

In 17th Century, the Spanish friar Pedro de Chirino mentioned Tagalogs playing kutyapi, but that one is 4-stringed instrument. I wonder how it looks like and how it sounds. Sad that it didn't survive to this day unlike the T'Boli lutes.
