You will love Kilchis River ~ go during the week though. The most amazing clear water and really green hills surrounding the park. Thank you!

There is - right down by the water. The day use area is between the campground and the river. I would assume the playground and field area is day use as well.

Not sure on that - we were only in the campground there - the river wasn't very accessible on either side of the campground, so we only explored right next to the campground. Was it a bit NE of Tillamook? Regardless it is beautiful!

How big of an RV can camp at these site?

I think pretty large RVs can fit - our trailer is around 19' and our truck is probably 20' and we did not have to un-hook. The Moon Guide says RVs any length. Here is the website - the blue sites would be RV spots. We were in #12 I think.
