According to old stories, the crocodiles in Sungai Pahang no longer devour humans due to an 'agreement' with a famous charmer in the state, Pawang Kader or his real name is Abdul Kader Awang around the 1930s. not sure whether it is true or not because i've heard about this since i was kid.

This brings lots of memories to me as my family and me took the same Kuantan River Cruise last Mac also with the same captain. My mom took the opportunity to drive the boat. She never even drive a car all her life...what a sweet memories. Unfortunately she died few weeks ago due to cancer stage 4. May God bless her soul.

Nice just 3hrs from KL, back hike in Australia Telstra decided it cost top much to collect the money or take the telephone boxes down they just made them free for local call so helps people need it. Just because it's Australia doesn't mean there is no poverty but many don't think this and all of us are rich that's so not true.

The fishermen get paid RM300/month by the government separately in addition to their salaries given by the bosses. It's just a "subsidy" by the government. As far as I know, fishermen in general are not poor poor especially deep sea fishing where u leave for a couple of weeks at once. Anyway, no one can survive with just RM300 haha. It's ok, it was just an honest mistake/misunderstanding by u. No big deal :)

Loves spending the afternoon or night at the beaches there, and Teluk Cempedak was like my hangout spot in between classes, just chilling there reading the books while waiting for the next class.
