The one thing I wish I could've had while I was in Japan last year...Gosh dang pancakes! I unfortunately developed gastrointestinal dysfunction before my planned trip and it was devastating to say the least. Every time i passed the stalls and smelled the myriad of sweet and savory Okonomiyaki, I wanted to indulge so bad but knew the cabbage and onions would wreck my stomach the next day. I'm hoping to get my stomach back to normal so I can tour Japan without diet restrictions in the future. Okonomiyaki was the one food I wanted to try too. TT _ TT

If I were a judge the cook off would go to the chef. An exquisite Japanese layout. Each dish must be at least $75 in American money if not more. You're paying for the skills, the presentation and the delectable taste. I would definitely pay to taste each dish that was made. 👍🏽
