First impression. That grill surface is super clean. Should have known you could get liquid egg by the gallon. Midway though. I'm guessing seasoned ground pork patty. Nice. Everything served literally hot off the grill and some still in the pan bubbling. How he does the egg roll-ups, as I describe it, is fun to watch. I would try everything seen here. Except the last with the fish eggs. Don't like fish eggs.

I love the fact that we (the viewers) have absolutely no idea what is being added, poured, shaken, stirred, sprayed, coated, smeared or blended into the foods. Great way to keep your viewers coming back! Lol Yes, that was sarcasm!
