I really like your character a lot, so the Rice Noodle Soup (Nom Banh Chok) that you had in the video is made of some sticky rice noodle, mix veges and the soup is made of coconut and mince fish ( you can either put boiled river fish into a blender or smash with a wooden stick ). Nom Banh Chok is the sticky rice noodle alone, the green soup with it is called Samlor Khmer, there's also a curry flavor one too, and Samlor means soup. So the dish you had is called Nom Banh Chok Samlor Khmer (Sticky Rice Noodle with Khmer Soup).

This dish is super healthy. The soup is made from boiled fish, ground lemongrass, kiffir lime leaves, garlic, galangal, rhizome root. The chunks are fish meat. You should squeeze a little lime. In Battambang, they serve with sweet sauce. This is the best version in my opinion. In Kampot, they serve in clear fish broth.
