@phannypharts it's designed to get people interested and actually watching. I love cricket man, but honestly if it was just test matches, it wouldn't even be televised lol. Regular casual viewers find test matches boring and WAY too long. They needed something different to keep kids wanting to play. One Days and T20s financially andsaved cricket and kept kids interested.

Great hitting, but I fail to understand why the boundaries are set so far in. if you have the room, make the boundaries BIGGER! it makes for a much more interesting contest. Take Hagley Park in Christchurch for example. You see plenty of 2's, a number of 3's (meaning the batsmen can manipulate gaps) and 6's don't come from miss hits. Much more even and interesting
