Totally spot on, the 49ers were not in a big lead when his tantrum happened. In fact in previous Superbowls the chiefs have been down by more points and you never saw this kind of reaction from Kelce. The fact was that by this point of the game , they throwed it to Kelce just once and it was behind the line of scrimmage, thus his real frustration was not that team was down but that he hadn't contribute with anything offensively when this was suppose to be a stellar performance from him being that he had been in the spotlight the whole week

@@pauls.1783 That's called a false equivalency fallacy....the situation does not justify the means. I sincerely doubt local statutes in your community carry a "big game clause" when it comes to unwanted physical contact with a teammate or coach. I sincerely doubt if you had a parent, sibling or child....or grown child on the receiving end of such a thing that you'd be tolerant and imply that it's in the situation of a big game. You'd have a problem with it. The reason why your argument falls apart logically and legally for that matter is because you're giving a pass through the lens of a fan of a highly paid player who works in a profession that allows more room for questionable behavior that would not be tolerated at a Pop Warner, High School or college level. Let me sum it up to you like this.... If it's something that you would not teach your child to do in a similar scenario, because players will disagree with their coach from time to time...then that something IS wrong without exception.

If Kelce had lost his cool and was deemed not fit to play in the biggest moment of Andy's career, yes, he would've benched his player. We are all responsible for our emotions and how we respond to circumstances and how we regulate our emotional responses. Travis Kelce wasn’t the only player on that field that wanted to win that game with every fiber of their being but he was the only player from both sides of the field to scream in his coaches face inches away, bump into him, almost knock him down and then not apologize very sincerely, very seriously and very publicly. As a black man, KJ, you know respect vs. disrespect. You could never get away with this type of behavior. Control yourself and don't excuse behavior that's indicative of an out of control, angry maniac. The message is clear, shove coaches, throw things, and displapy temper tantrums are okay. There is a right way to do everything. TK clearly chose the wrong way. Parents, teachers, coaches, and fathers can do those types of things without accountability...? Wrong is wrong no matter how you twist it and layer it up to be right. Admit you were wrong and out of line. Make the required changes. Move on... By the way, KJ, you were wrong for exhibiting behavior typical of someone who is rude, loud and obnoxious, during and interview, that's aired worldwide. Please do better...😮
